Overview

Reminder Anything is a local-first reminder app. No account is required, and your reminder content — titles, notes, schedules and completion history — is stored on your device and is never uploaded to us.

The app does collect a limited amount of anonymous usage and diagnostic data to understand how the app is used. That data never includes the content of your reminders. The sections below describe exactly what is collected.

Information Stored

The app may store reminder titles, categories, schedules, selected notification sound, completion state, snooze state, and basic app preferences on your device.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app uses local notifications to remind you about reminders you create. Notification permission is used only for reminder delivery.

Analytics

The app uses Google Firebase Analytics to measure how the app is used, so we can decide what to improve. Through this service the app collects:

• Product interaction — anonymous events such as which screens are opened and which features are used.
• Device identifier — an app-generated installation identifier used to group events from the same install.

This data is not linked to your identity, and it does not include the content of your reminders. The app does not use the iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA), does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission, and does not track you across other apps or websites.

Subscriptions

Reminder Anything Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple, and subscription status is managed for us by RevenueCat. To do this the app records your purchase history — that is, whether you hold an active subscription. This is used only to unlock Pro features, not for advertising.

Accounts And Sync

No account is required, and the app does not offer cloud sync. Your reminders are not backed up to our servers. If account or sync features are added later, this policy will be updated before those features are released.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data, and we never share the content of your reminders. The limited data described above is shared only with the service providers that make the app work — Google (Firebase Analytics), RevenueCat (subscription management) and Apple (payments) — and only for those purposes.

Your Choices

You can stop all analytics collection at any time by deleting the app, which removes the local installation identifier along with it. Deleting the app also removes every reminder stored on your device, since reminders are stored locally and are not held on our servers. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID settings.
